  • I work across a range of website platforms, including Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify.

    I can also work with custom HTML, CSS and code-based workarounds where needed. If a platform is limiting what you want to do, there is usually a way to improve it, adjust it or find another solution.

  • Yes. I can help create a new website built around your business, services, products, customers and goals.

    This can include page structure, design direction, website content, images, forms, navigation, mobile layout, SEO basics and launch support.

  • Yes. You do not always need a full rebuild.

    Many websites can be improved by updating the content, improving page layouts, adding missing service pages, fixing mobile issues, improving the footer, adding better calls to action and strengthening SEO foundations.

  • Yes. I can help work through layout issues, styling problems, mobile display problems, broken sections, form issues, navigation changes, footer problems, image issues and other website problems.

  • The easiest way to start is to send through what you need help with.

    This could be a website, design project, brochure, logo, SEO content, social media campaign or general marketing support. From there, I can ask any key questions and recommend the next best step.

  • Yes. Sonder By Design is based in Hastings, Hawke’s Bay, but works with businesses across New Zealand.

    Most projects can be handled by email, phone, video call and shared files.

  • Yes. I can help with one-off projects or ongoing design, website and marketing support.

    Ongoing work can include website updates, content writing, email campaigns, social media graphics, brochure updates, product page updates and general marketing material.

  • Timelines depend on the size of the project, how much content is ready and how quickly feedback is provided.

    Small updates may only take a short time, while larger websites, catalogues or full brand projects need more planning and production time.

  • Yes. Once the project requirements are clear, I can provide a quote or estimate.

    For smaller or ongoing work, an hourly rate may be more practical. For larger projects, a fixed quote can usually be provided once the scope is clear.

  • This depends on the project, but useful starting items include your current website link, logo files, brand colours, text content, images, examples you like, product or service details and any key goals for the project.
